Jens Trompeter as a board member of itemis AG is responsible for personnel and takes care in this function among other things in the personnel-development and resource planning.
He began his career with Brockhaus Software & Consulting AG as a consultant for requirements analysis and software development with focus on B2B-Portals at large companies. Following this he was employed in a managerial position at Unilog Avinci in the field of content-management and portals. In May 2006 he joined itemis as head of the HR department. As a certified ScrumMaster he has directed projects for more than 10 years in various national and international customer environments. Within the scope of his projects he has already been pressing ahead with generative and model-based software development since 2003 and builds on agile procedure models. Jens Trompeter holds a degree in business administration and graduated from the University of Dortmund.
