Johnny Ordonez - Husband and dad. Lean-Agile Coach & Trainer. Enterprise Agile Coach in UST-Global. Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering. Passionate about software development, Lean & Agile philosophy and Enterprise Agile Adoption. Member of the Agile Community Ecuador.

I have 10+ years of experience in software development, last 5 years using Agile & Lean methods like Scrum, XP and Kanban.
