James Cutter, Jr. is a military veteran/retiree who gained more than 15 years project management experience through his tenure, returned to college to complete his Management Information Systems, Business Administration Baccalaureate Degree with a strong focus (partial minor) in Project Management. Upon attainment of his CSM, he began utilizing the Agile/Scrum principals on vocational projects, achieving phenomenal results on what under traditional methods projected/scheduled out to 2 years before finishing, however, James managed to complete all of the partially begun and unfinished projects under Scrum with minimal Team structures within six months! To verify those were not "beginners luck" results, he approached and gained opportunity to use Agile/Scrum Methodologies for a new work project, completing the Data Migration and new User Interface integration of standalone Program Tracker Systems within existing USPS systems within a two-week Sprint.
James understands and strives to instill quality into every endeavor he undergoes, using a philosophy that states, "Leaving things BETTER than initially found."
