Jarek Brandt - a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience of complex project delivery and multiple workstream management. I am an accomplished Certified ScrumMaster with robust hands on delivery experience, proficient in Agile project management capable of adapting delivery processes to fit particular business environment. I am familiar with Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, OGC Programme Management framework (MSP), Dynamic System Development Methodology (DSDM), Business Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD) and Extreme Programming (XP) practices.

I am also a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner experienced in delivering projects in controlled environment.
I have been recognised as an effective Agile team coach having mentored junior project managers and ScrumMasters at BBC. Before BBC I was tasked with setting up an overseas development office (Krakow) where I implemented Scrum from scratch
