David Imboden started the SCRUM project in 2008, after experimenting as an XP developer. In time, David served in Scrum Master and Product Owner positions. After several years in technical project management, David started to work on improving corporate business processes. As such, he undertook an Executive MBA in management of technology and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Doing Business in Asia. In the corporate environment, David is applying SCRUM key knowledge using a cross-layer approach from business to engineering and a bottom-up technique from employees to top executives.

Project 1: Schindler AG, Luzern: Created an iPhone app with Visual Studio .NET 2012 ported to Apple X-Code by using Mono; this software architecture allows the user to remain independent from the operating system. The application allows Schindler’s technicians to take control of elevators and helps to troubleshoot failures. Project management was based on the Scrum Methodology.
