I started working on projects using Scrum from year 2004, and then Certified as CSM in 2008, became CSP in 2011. I worked in Perficient working on various projects (full life-cycle) as scrum master, and led the Scrum implementation together with CMMI Lv5 appraisal, Supported Perficient's CMMI Lv5 re-assessment.
And then I worked for Cisco Global Support and QA Service team as manager mainly working on Cisco IT's Agile transformation and focus on Quality Assurance part.
After 2 years in Cisco, I returned to my previous employer Perficient, taking the Managing Director role focusing on overseeing projects delivery following Scrum/Kanban and now General Manager oversees the Perficient China.
