Henrik Hoff grew up in Malmö in southern Sweden. He studied software engineering at Blekinge Institute of Technology and worked as a software developer at Ericsson Software Technology during the summers.
Since 2002 he worked at Karolinska Institutet, 2002-2006 as a systems engineer and from 2006 as a project manager and ScrumMaster.
In May 2008 he started at Purple Scout AB in Malmö as a Project Manager, where he now is Scrum Master, "Scrum of Scrums Master" and Project Manager.
To focus more on webb project, Henrik started at NetRelations of Scandinavia AB in December 2013, where he now worked as Project Manager and Key Account Manager until summer 2015.
Since August 2015, Henrik works as project and service delivery manager at Capgemini Sweden, with focus on Web and Intranet solutions in EPiServer.
