In addition, Hugo has obtained his SAFe Agilist certification, from the Scaled Agile Academy, to expand his horizon towards the Scaled Agile domain.
Today, Hugo works at Rally as a Technical Account Owner, through the Rally Success Program. Hugo's main goal is to take a proactive approach into educating users on how to apply their agile knowledge to the Rally platform to maximize the benefits that Scrum and Scaled Agile can bring to teams, programs and businesses for Rally's most strategic customers.
Rally Software Development Corp, Technical Account Owner
June 2012 - Present, Boulder, CO, US
At Rally Software Development Corporation we breath and live Scrum and Agile at Scale day in and day out. I have been practicing Scrum ceremonies from day 1 when I started in June, 2012 and today my main role is to serve as a consultant to Rally's most strategic customers on how to use Rally's tool to support their agile adoption, transformation and growth.
My main job is to apply customer's Agile processes into Rally platform and to make sure they are practicing Agile in a healthy way. In a way that supports the Agile manifesto's principles, that will help teams and programs realize the benefits of team empowerment, iterative development, and kaizen. I engage in daily conversations with those customers, all they way from Business Agility, Scrum, to DevOps practices that will enable the continuous delivery/deployment in a technical level.
