I was the project lead on the flight following system FltWinds. This project was UI enhancement of the existing FltWinds program. The UI development was outsourced to Luciad, a Belgian company that delivered releases on a weekly bases. These releases were incorporated into the system being developed locally and demoed to the external customer on a bi-weekly basis. This was an inaugural Agile development project within the program facility and was lacking in Agile/Scrum expertise. The project completion was the sale and delivery of the program to Lufthansa Lido Systems.
