Gayane Gevorgyan, Born on Jan 05, 1985 in Yerevan, Armenia. Graduated from Yerevan State University (Armenia) department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics, MS. Work experience started from customer support in software development company. Later moved on to the pharmaceutical industry as a clinical data programmer working with Oracle Clinical. My responsibilities developed to being a quality control team lead, client relations and project management. Quickly realised the passion in working with people and processes and transitioned to the world of agile software delivery. Contracted as an account manager working closely with a scrum team, the PO and the client. Moved on to being an enterprise scrum master, where I was setting up agile processes and coaching the company's transition. Currently I am an agile team coach at a digital product studio ustwo, where my role is to coach teams in their journey of product delivery, creating team dynamics, client and stakeholder management and helping teams and individuals to progress both personally and professionally.
