Gerald Fiesser has studied Computer Science, Philosophy and Psychology at University Erlangen-Nuernberg. After obtaining his degree (diploma) in 1984 he worked for 2 years in technical documentation and artifical intelligence.
He became self-employed in 1986 and worked as a software engineer in different field and with companies of all sizes - 5 employees to 50000.
His first experience with scrum was working as a software developer in a Scrum team in 2010.
He started to work as a full-time Scrum Master in 2012 and is now working as a Scrum Master /Agile Coach. He assists organisations and teams in improving agile mindset and agile techniques so people working there have a more fulfilled and satisfiying experience in their working environment.
