GeorgFasching.com, Director & Chief Coach
July 2012 - Present, London, United Kingdom
Through my limited company (Modern Way Consulting Ltd.) I engage with various representatives and companies. In the early months I spent most of my time with small companies and start-ups. Since April 2013 I am contracting full time and mentor start-ups alongside.
I deliver progressive solutions in new product development. Whether it is acting as Agile Coach to help teams and companies how Agile methods can help them, or acting as Product Owner to spear-head a new way of product management to companies, coaching product managers to become Product Owners, moderating user testing to help research concepts and propositions, or acting as ScrumMaster to to deliver prototyping initiatives to quickly reduce the uncertainty around completely new subjects.
Ustwo, Agile Coach (Contract)

80% Delivery as Team Coach
20% Organisational Coaching as Agile Coach
Lloyds Banking Group, Product Owner, then Scrum Master, then Agile Coach (Contract)
April 2013 - March 2015, London, London, United Kingdom
Leveraging a varied combination of skills and practices in new product development I work in an innovation delivery lead capacity. In my primary role as Scrum Master, using the User-Centered Agile Method with some additions, I help business stakeholders (often new to this way of working) turn heaps of uncertainty into actionable empirical data. This helps them to fast-track propositions onto the LBG digital delivery roadmap.
While I can't disclose specifics, the initiatives I got to work on were in the areas of social finance & payments, financial advice, personal current accounts, protection, electronic identification & verification, and consumer financing.
