Coaching Leaders and Teams for making a bigger positive impact.

Growing up in Vienna, soon after starting university I fell out of love with studying and in love with helping customers so I converted my part-time-job alongside studying to full-time and focus on that. This was in customer services at T-Mobile in Austria. Progressing from first line support helping about 100 customers every day, to Technical specialisation second line, then third line back-office support for the really tricky puzzles that customers needed help with.

A marketing department asked me to join them as Business Analyst and shortly after the Product Management department asked me to join them as Product Manager looking after mobile commerce and payments. A project with some people from Germany and Britain resulted in them asking me to join them in London. Needless to say, I was happy to oblige.

Working at T-Mobile International in London for a few years at Product Manager and sometimes Project Manager, still in the field of mobile payments, I enjoyed the highly international nature of London and my work. After a little independence side step to finish off some work with a company I had worked with at T-Mobile, I went back into permanent employement, joining a great little mobile technology and marketing company net-mobile (formerly Minick)

Itching to go back to product management and mobile payments, I moved on to MasterCard, where I got to launch a mobile partner program and develope a mobile person to person money transfer solution in the US.

An opportunity arose to join the Exec team at a mobile payment solutions  service provider, looking after Products & UX and I embraced it. It is at Luup that I finally learned about Agile & Scrum and was immediately converted.

In 2012 I sought to become more independent and realised that I am obsessed with solvint customer problems and a career in management doesn't leave me enough time to do so; time spent with managerial aspects left me too far away from the customer.

Since going independent mid 2012 I get to discover a new magnitude of insights into what fascinates me most; team development and team dynamics. Enjoying every bit of my new professional trajectory I use every free minute I have to learn through, books, videos, training, conversation, and most importantly practice.

In 2014 I discovered professional coaching, am a 2016 Barefoot Coaching alumni and am in arm's reach of my International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach credential.

Lloyds Banking Group, Product Owner, then Scrum Master, then Agile Coach (Contract)

In my primary role as Scrum Master, using the User-Centered Agile Method with some additions, I help business stakeholders (often new to this way of working) turn heaps of uncertainty into actionable empirical data. This helps them to fast-track propositions onto the LBG digital delivery roadmap. While I can't disclose specifics, the initiatives I got to work on were in the areas of social finance & payments, financial advice, personal current accounts, protection, electronic identification & verification, and consumer financing.
