Gary Bamberger is a Transformational Trainer, Coach & Mentor to organizations adopting agile project delivery.  Gary is a CSM and is pursuing his CSP.  Gary is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Gary has over 15 years experience in the IT industry focused on project delivery and extensive experience at various levels of management responsible for project delivery.  During his time in IT, he has instituted traditional waterfall, Scrum and Lean project delivery.  With an additional 10 years experience in operations within the financial services industry, he has the ability to clearly see situations from the Client's perspective as well as from the IT perspective.

I provide customized training, coaching and consulting in Scrum, Lean and Agile to organizations that are interested in transforming the way they work. I engage with people at all levels of the organization from CIOs to Development Team Members. I also work with organizations to develop leadership capabilities and skills by assessing current state and identifying opportunity areas for improvement through the use of individual coaching and experiential group workshops. I have been successful in aligning teams with corporate goals in order to achieve repeatable and sustainable results.
