Fabian Dittberner works as a coach and consultant at it-agile where he helps companies and their teams to establish agile thinking and working in their everyday work.
Fabian started as a software programmer in the mid-90s, studied Computer Science at the university of Hamburg and now lives in Bergisch Gladbach, a town near Cologne, Germany. He's a founder member of it-agile.
Since 1995, he participated in dozens of projects and accumulated experience as a developer, trainer, coach and consultant since then. For the last decade (since the foundation of it-agile), his focus has more and more become coaching and consulting. He approaches the needs and challenges of teams shifting to agile mindset on a pragmatic basis, starting with what works best and and evolutionary extending the agile experience from there. His toolbox for the task mainly consists of Scrum, eXtreme Programming and Feature Driven Development as well as long-lasting experience with project work.
