An energetic Manager / Sr. Project Manager (Agile CSM and Sr PM) who brings leadership, guidance and balance to Business Owners, Executive Staff and Team members. Past experience was leading one of the one of the largest Program initiatives in seeking a new enterprise wide Business Intelligence application which would enable better business decisions, with an initial budget of 3 Million,this program very quickly grew to a 5 year TCO of over 30 million. Leading the efforts through a very complex RFP process with the BI application industry leaders and Niche dashboard tools, we worked to define Project Plans, Scope, Budgets, Resource Allocation, Communications and other Project plan activities. Managed Scope creep and timeline issues and kept projects on track and under budget. I have also managed several smaller projects ranging from 400k to 2 million with very strict timelines with each of these ending on time and under budget.
My primary goals are to support the team while meeting the needs of our customers, by providing coaching and mentoring, assist with translation of business requirements into practical solutions, changes in policies and procedures into cost saving new methodologies.
While I have been involved with many projects utilizing SAP, Oracle, JDE or PeopleSoft, the project which pushed me in the direction of PM/CSM, was a Returns Black Belt project at Philips Medical Systems. This project resulted in over 6 million dollars in savings within the first 3 month of completion and reduced the Returns cycle time from an Avg 25 days down to 3 days. This not only benefited Philips, more importantly it greatly improved our relationships and satisfaction with our customers.
