Leading via coaching and mentoring, he is passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching, and is not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from his development teams and continuously improve organisational behaviour. He works with, recruits and leads world-class teams of engineers who love what they do and his current role as Head of Agile for BAE Systems means that he is responsible for Agile for a company of over 2000+ engineers worldwide.
