As a Tech Lead I gave direction and feedback on the technical execution of all teams. As an Agile Coach, I sat through SCRUM ceremonies to give feedback and notes on the execution of sprints, collaborated with 4 SCRUM masters and facilitated release planning sessions in tandem with relative sizing exercises, bringing in the stakeholders and team members around the same table. I facilitated the publishing of burndown charts in areas that are consistently visible to all team members. I continue to check-in with all teams to monitor their adherence SCRUM values and make sure that they meet client needs.

National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (Phase I), Development Lead
August 2012 - March 2015, Arlington, VA, United States
When I joined Excella Consulting as a Consultant, my first project was a small part of a re-build effort for a 25 year old mainframe retirement system as a modern web application. In the past two and a half years this project has taught me a lot. This project had enormous challenges. We had to earn the trust of the client in smaller projects before we could win the larger piece of work. We had to educate the client on SCRUM. We had learn to deliver a SCRUM project in a firm fixed price environment, where customer demands for functionality and schedule wasn't a variable. Me and my team have found overall success due to our use of SCRUM in this challenging environment.
