My primary team supports the consumer based web site and provides support for Business Unit Marketing initiatives. The newest team is engaged in converting the existing system architecture into a Micro-services based platform to more effectively utilize a cloud computing environment. As a Project Management Consultant, I was brought into this organization to develop and implement a customized solution for managing projects. This included the development of a methodology, various communication tools and selecting a Project Management reporting tool suitable for this non-profit environment. Additionally, I lead and executed a data clean-up and re-implementation of the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge software. This included research and identification of various data anomalies using Excel and MS Access. To correct these issues I utilized Excel and Access and the Blackbaud application tools (Queries, Imports, and Exports) to correct the inconsistencies and data entry errors in the application.
