Led enterprise scale projects and successfully released multiple web applications utilizing Agile development methodologies. Built out core teams and the necessary development infrastructure to support a continuous delivery environment. Experienced in implementing Agile methodologies for various sized organizations and ensuring proper stakeholder visibility into project status. Comfortable working with teams delivering Java or Ruby on Rails based applications. Committed to Open Source technologies.

Primary technical background is in Information Architecture, User Interface, User Experience and Interaction Design. Proficient in designing and delivering both low and high fidelity prototypes of user interface, page elements and expected system interactions. Expertise with presentation tier technologies including XHTML (and variants), Javascript, and CSS. Have also designed and overseen usability tests, including user experience, user task analysis, and general usability studies.

Recent experience includes delivering Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML-RPC, JSON), and Enterprise Messaging Systems (JMS based) to back enterprise and web application deployments. Led a team implementing a SOA built on the industry's first multi-tenant Enterprise Services Bus that supports millions of web service calls per day between disparate applications and protocols (REST to SOAP).
