My name is Chris Mundt and I'm an Agile Coach. My passion is leading and coaching software development teams to deliver the most value to the company and client. I have broad experience leading Agile transformations - from a difficult Government implementation involving 3rd parties to a SaaS provider to a company in the financial sector with high transactional volume.
Prior to becoming an Agilist I performed as a Developer, Project Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Those experiences have been incredibly valuable in understanding the steps that organizations need to take, both tactically and culturally, to navigate the transition.
