I have a background and two degrees in performance, but managed to take all the organizational skills I've gathered over the years and transfer them to the business world. I spent several years at Conde Nast serving a few roles, most notably as a web producer for brides.com, teenvogue.com, and wmagazine.com. For a year following that, I was a Producer at R/GA, helping to manage projects for Ameriprise Financial and BAM.org and then joined the Digital Media team at BAM as their Product Owner/Producer for 2 years. Currently I am the Senior Product Manager for InStyle.com.
I was exposed to Agile early on at Conde Nast, but didn't really dig into the process until my position at BAM and now I am leading our team at InStyle through a revival using Scrum. I really enjoy the Agile process and think it is the only way forward for managing digital projects.
