I was first introduced to Scrum in 2007 when I joined a small technology company as a QA Engineer. The company was using Scrum for their new product development, and I quickly learned as a Team Member. In 2009, I took the CSM course in order to learn more about Scrum. After a short absence from using Scrum, I again joined a technology company in 2011 that was committed to Scrum for their product development. I first served as a Team Member and eventually moved into a ScrumMaster role. Starting in 2012, I began working for Credit Karma and am working in an environemnt undergoing extraordinary growth. I've been a leader in the company's continued Agile transformation within Engineering as we continue to scale.
