As an Agile evangelist, I strive on developing highly motivated and efficient team to produce the highest value product. I am an advocate of “people” over “process”. I believe the highest value to a company is the “people”.
I am an entrepreneur who believes in collaborative approach and practice design thinking (user-center approach) to solve business problems. I believe in autonomy, creative thinking, and adaptable vigilance in my practice. I believe Agile is more than a software development methodology but a mindset and framework for all business to stay competitive in this new technologically disrupted world.
With over 15 years of full life-cycle of digital product development and passionate about user-center approach to solve business problems, I am passionate about helping organization to transform mindsets and cultures by transforming everyone in the organization into agile leaders; vertically and horizontally from top to bottom. I enjoy seeing how organization transforms and evolves into positive cultures and nurture the necessary environment for which an organization can truly live the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto.
I believe Agile is not only limited to be a methodology for software development, but for business, marketing and all aspect of an organization. I also deeply believe that it needs to be embedded into our everyday lives and introduced to all our young emerging talents that have this capability implanted in their DNA.
I believe as Agile leaders, our core mission is to cultivate positive Agile cultures through setting clear visions and measurable OKRs; communicating priorities effectively, empowering people, encouraging collaboration thru transparency and autonomy, influencing individuals and coaching individuals to achieve their fullest potential. Agile leaders are brave and not afraid to show vulnerability, focused on team's growth. They are open-minded and always inspecting and adapting and not afraid to fail. We are passionate about our team members.
