Brian Richmond has 10+ years experience in the Project Management field.  Brian began leading projects as a combat engineering officer in the U.S. Army.  Inspired by this he obtained a B.S. Degree in IT Project Management (Highest Honors Award).  Since then he has continued to follow his passion of leading projects.  Brian has led projects in several industries from manufacturing to logistics to IT.  He has worked for both small and large corporations including Marinette Marine Corp., Frontier Airlines, MillerCoors, Charter Communications, and State Farm Insurance, Co., a top Fortune 50 company.  He enjoys taking a company’s needed project and turning it into reality.  Brian is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) through ScrumAlliance.  He also holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) & Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).  His experience also includes teaching Project Cost & Budget Management as an Adjunct Instructor.

We are upgrading Charter's customer residential email system. This consists of building a lab (Charter), moving their physical storage facility from multiple locations and consolidating them to a centrally located facility (Savvis), upgrading their servers (Dell & Vision Technologies), building an OS & automation system (Red Hat), and installing an upgraded email platform (Openwave), before migrating the data to the new storage facility.
