Angela Thomas has had over 20 years of IT experience, varying in software development, infrastructure and product management. I've had several roles include BA, BA Manager, Program Manager and Project Manager. I have also operated as a Scrum Master for an Agile project.
My experience with Scrum has been as the role of both PM, Scrum Master and BA Manager. The projects I've worked on in these roles have been with software development. We used a hybrid approach because some of the project was dependent on non Agile departments. Our department focused on Agile development. We would do 2 week sprints. My role was to add stories, to run daily stand ups, and to track burn down.

The new Pega systems reduced acces to 3 systems with automation and over 29 cross impacted applications for Back Office Operations Group.
