Anatoly Shamkin I started coding at the age of 13. Liked it and decided to get a software engineering degree after graduating from a high school. Studying at the Novosibirsk State Technical University I learned a wide variety of programming languages. Also, our courses included such disciplines as business process analysis, re-engineering/modeling; process automation and electronics. After working as a software engineer in commodities, international corporation, and a global software product development domains I got curious about SCRUM framework back to 2007 when I first time worked in a Scrum team. I got my ScrumMaster certificate in 2010. Since that point I set my focus on understanding scientific foundation of the Scrum framework and developing my skills as an agile transformation agent, ScrumMaster and Product Owner through work. I introduced Scrum into four companies and observed great benefits of the framework when it comes to value driven delivery, learning and positive group dynamic. I'm planning to continue working in this direction. I welcome fellow agile/Scrum practitioners to connect with me through linkedin Thank you, Anatoly Shamkin

The Mosaic, ScrumMaster

I was engaged to facilitate a Business Transformation program. The software component in this initiative was very small. Interestingly enough I used Scrum framework in a business project to deliver results. I'd say that short iterations with checks helped the project owner to chose and adjust a course of the program without pain.
