A seasoned professional with many years of service in Information Technology and business divisions; offering a record of achievement and a wealth of experience in the functional areas of Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) including the Project Management and Software Development Life Cycles (PMLC, SDLC) and associated processes and methodologies. Specializing in change agency and thought leadership in implementing methodology transformation. Expert in Agile, Kanban and Iterative practices, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Lean and XP concepts as well as traditional phased approach delivery with optimized industry best practices.  Able to adapt and acclimate to any organizational culture while building highly motivated, top performing teams.
