Working on an original IP for XBox360 and PlayStation3 with a team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Responsible for day-to-day running 4 teams, scheduling, reporting, hiring/firing, and facilitating ways to improve the way the new studio runs through wikis & Scrum!
Currently we're in a very early stage of scrum. We've operated for a while with 'ScrumBUT'. My mission now is to foster ownership within the team.
