Prior to joining UNUM, Angie worked in various IT organizations, from a complex Fortune 50 to a small start-up, filling roles in Analysis, Management, and Process Improvement. Angie found a passion in Agile in 2007 and has since taught, mentored, facilitated, and coached many IT teams and leaders using her skills and experience as a Certified Scrum Master and ICP-ACC Certified Agile Coach. From one-on-one settings to large groups, she has had the unique experience of watching individuals transform through the power of coaching and collaboration to an Agile mindset and high performing organizational members. Angie is currently working toward an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Development which affords her the incredible opportunity to help others by bringing theoretical concepts of positive change, agility, and organizational development to those she coaches in a practical way, in order to help them expand upon their own valuable and unique strengths and talent.
