Anil Kulkarni has a very good understanding of Agile processes and practices. Anil has been working in the IT industry for the last 19 years and for the past 4 years has been working exclusively in the capacity of a Scrum Master at various organisations.
Anil has been instrumental in agile transformation in his recent role at Nordea where he helped teams with Agile practices by way of training and coaching. Anil ran multiple workshops to guide the teams in their Agile journey. Most of these workshops included gamification to make the learning experience as interesting as possible for the participants. Anil was also involved in setting up a roadmap for the product development.
Anil started his own Agile journey with Ericsson in Ireland when he got a chance to work as a Scrum Master of a team in a multi-team setup. This opportunity helped him a lot in understanding how to scale Agile practices.
Anil has been a regular attendee of various meet-up groups to enhance his learning. These meet-ups also helped him to expand his network with other professionals working in the similar capacity.
Anil considers himself as a true servant leader and is always around the team to help their Agile learning as interesting as possible.
