I began my career as a developer after graduating from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign with a degree in Computer Science and Math. I moved into management and starting working at Salesforce in 2009, leading and coaching teams across the Technology organization to successfully deliver and deploy software. Though I had worked with Agile methodologies before Salesforce, 2009 was when I first started working in the role of Scrum Master.
Since then, I have worked on teams across many departments at Salesforce using Agile methodologies to make them more efficient and effective.
I developed such a strong reputation as an Agile evangelist that I was recruited to the Agile coaching team in January 2013.
In my current role as an Agile Coach, I am focused on what I am most passionate about, creating and sustaining Agile and innovate teams and organizational structures. I teach numerous trainings from Product Owner and Scrum Master to our Agile 2 Day training class for new hires. I also work with individuals, teams and executives to make their teams and business units more Agile.
