Amy Ikenn has a history as a Hardware Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Agile Team Coach and Agile Transformation coach. In 2006 Amy became the project manager of a team that was starting to learn Scrum in an attempt to solve a problem with chronic late and incomplete delivery. Using Scrum led to on time and successful deliveries and Amy became one of the leads that helped Scrum grow to other teams and projects, including off-shore teams. Amy moved on to manage Programs and Portfolios and coached the teams she worked with towards continuous improvement in their Agile efforts. In 2015 Amy decided to become a full time Agile coach. She has since worked with multiple clients at the team level up to the C-Suite level helping assess and drive towards good Agile practices derived from good Agile principles.
As a member of the Agile Transformation Practice at Trissential where Amy acts as an Agile Coach for both teams and leadership using Lean and Agile principles to help align practices to value focused strategies.
