 Propose strategic enhancements to company products. Distils information into a set of features that will benefit the customer in the most efficient way.
 Assists in coordinating and facilitating of usability tests and other target customer research to validate existing and future feature design.
 Composes technical and highly detailed specifications to outline product, feature, and functional requirements. Responsible for delivering design documentation for use by a wide range of audiences. Reviews feature implementation, test plans and documentation to ensure accuracy.
