I started my career as a software developer at the University of Colima. Between 1995 and 2000 I was Fellow and participated in two of the most important software projects of that institution. The library management system and the school system control. I started my own business (entrepreneur) software development in 2000, while continuing within the institution responsible for updating curricula of high school. I ran academies Technical Analyst, Technical in Electronics and Computer Technician, in addition to teaching programming and computer science. I left the institution in 2010 and since then I dedicate one hundred percent to the management of technology-based projects. I have been advised entrepreneurs and business consulting to over 500 companies throughout my career. I have as a mission to help organizations improve their business processes through the implementation of new technologies to increase their competitiveness. I believe in agile movement. I'm sure the Scrum improves people, improving organizations and help us make a better world.
