Recently I was coaching a group of project managers toward Agile adoption. Almost all of them were worried because they had heard that Agile/Scrum doesn't have a role called "project manager." I wanted to assure them that their expertise and experience is required, but that they need to do things a little differently. After much thought, I came up with this infographic to summarize the differences so they can easily adapt and work with the team. It makes them feel that they are not redundant in the organization.
Since I got very positive feedback about infographic from the group of project-managers-would-be-ScrumMasters, I thought I would share it with larger community.
