Our Team

We are a small non-profit with a big mission. Our cross-disciplinary Scrum teams are structured for service. Each team is focused on a specific user persona, ensuring that everyone in our diverse, global community can find their place in the larger story of the agile movement. Wherever you are on your agile journey, one of our teams is dedicated to creating content and features that meet your needs.

The Trainer Team

The Trainer team supports agile trainers, whether certified or not, in their pursuit of training others about agile values and principles, and specifically about the Scrum framework. They lend a hand to those practitioners who express interest in becoming a trainer, helping them understand what that means and how they achieve it. They support trainers who are actively teaching our courses, and invite those who are not.

Lisa Reeder

product owner

Lisa’s DNA is engrained here as she’s strategically and collaboratively built programs and certifications from the ground up.  What keeps her going is her family, fur babies, and wine.

Teddy Carroll

Teddy has a ton of ScrumMastery tricks up his sleeve, but his superpower is knowing how to connect and help people find their own aha moments.

Rob Biedenharn

Rob is our own personal Google, with historical company knowledge and technical expertise. He also creates amazing wood creations, including the arbor for his daughter’s wedding.

Erika Massie

Erika focuses on collaborating and building quality education and program design. She also finds joy in traveling, gardening, and being like Marie Kondo at home and at work.

Rob Hill

community support

Talk to Rob about water chesnuts and why they should not be a food.  You should also chat with him about our community's pain points and how we can improve their lives.

Brandon Hogan

community support

Look up “Renaissance man” the dictionary and you’ll see Brandon’s name. He’s all about supporting the community, cars, poker, disc golf, and puns.
