Our Team

We are a small non-profit with a big mission. Our cross-disciplinary Scrum teams are structured for service. Each team is focused on a specific user persona, ensuring that everyone in our diverse, global community can find their place in the larger story of the agile movement. Wherever you are on your agile journey, one of our teams is dedicated to creating content and features that meet your needs.

The Coach Team

The Coach team supports agile coaches, whether certified or not, in their pursuit of leading organizational change. They lend a hand to those practitioners who express interest in becoming a coach, helping them understand what that means and how they achieve it. They support coaches who are actively coaching, and invite the uncertified to join us through certification.

Mike Knight

product owner

Mike is passionate about creating a successful and wholesome Coaches team, almost as much as he’s passionate about anime and skateboarding.

Steven Rodriguez

Steven started out building websites, but now he builds great teams who build interesting things. At home, he nerds out by playing video games and learning new things.

Carol Miller

When she's not partaking in a witty pun exchange, Carol writes witty marketing messages that inspire our community members to become coaches.

Alexxis Holquin

Alexxis is passionate about community engagement and now focuses on Scrum Alliance Coaching Retreats. Side note: She’s an amazing travel expert.

Paul Ballew

Paul crafts software with mad programming skills. While his code is compiling, we get to hear his other mad skills as he jams on his electric guitar.

Kseniya Kreyman

Kseniya (pronounced sen-ya) loves to travel and lights up the world with her smile. She also lights the journey for those working to become coaches.

Lauren Bronstein

Lauren is our graphic design extraordinaire. When she’s not focusing on the whole coaching experience, she's climbing mountains with her dogs.

Karina Khamova

community support

Reading a good book, exploring a cute mountain town, being curious, enjoying a nice hike, and helping humans are just a few of the things that bring Karina happiness.
