eLearning Review Team

Introduction
Scrum Alliance is working on developing an eLearning course for our global community to learn more about the foundations of the Scrum framework. We are recruiting individuals that can provide clear, actionable, and relevant feedback for this new eLearning course.The deadline to apply for this opportunity is 9/15/18 and individuals will be notified of their selection by 9/30/18.
 
Purpose of the Review Team
The Review Team will help Scrum Alliance staff make recommendations on how to improve the course to support our global Scrum Alliance community in order to constantly be transforming the world of work. The course, which will be created by an instructional designer, will offer attendees the opportunity to learn more about the foundations of the Scrum framework and assess their basic knowledge of Scrum, helping them prepare for attending a Scrum Alliance certification offering.
 
Team Membership
The Review Team will consist of at least twenty (20) members from the Scrum Alliance community. Members must hold an active Scrum Alliance credential. The selection of team members will seek to balance members based on the following criteria:
 
  • Subject matter expertise (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Trainer, Coach, etc.)
  • Certification held (CSM, CSPO, CSP, CEC, CTC, CST)
  • Length of experience in Agile and Scrum
  • Industry (e.g. Technology, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
  • Geography
Responsibilities
The activities that will be undertaken will provide an excellent opportunity for members of the Agile community to share their expertise and experience in the development of new products and services.  Review Team members will contribute virtually, and at their own pace, by reviewing the course and providing recommendations using a feedback form provided by Scrum Alliance. Team members will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of the term and are expected to abide by its terms.

Compensation
Team members will receive 5 SEUs for reviewing the e-learning course.
