Good morning CAL educators, I thought I would give you a little bit of news that maybe you've been waiting for. How about a little bit of progress on CAL? I want to remind you about a little bit about the why we went through a refactor on CAL, it was listening to many of you and listening to the customers about what the needs were and the problems that we were having in doing it. So if you remember, CAL existed as a pilot with very open-ended LOs, which was a little bit problematic, because it made it very difficult for us to tell what was in scope and what was out of scope because they were really, really wide, and it opened everything up. That created a very wide variance in the different types of courses that were out there. It also created a very long review cycle, because many of our reviewers couldn't tell whether what you were submitting was in scope or out of scope for that. Ultimately, that led to some confusion in the marketplace. So in listening to all of the customers and listening to you all as our educators, we think we've come up with a pretty inventive approach with our volunteers and our internal staff here. We're going to modularize the CAL program into more one-day modules to give flexibility for you as the educator to try to teach in smaller increments to a leader audience and customize the course to meet their needs. Also, by shortening the LOs for them, it gives us quite a bit of flexibility to more rapidly, review them, and make sure that the content complies with the learning objectives. So, without further ado, CAL-I is basically going to become a CAL-Essentials. This is one day, which is foundational. You have to be able to have taught this, which has a certification, CAL for Teams, which is for those that are leaders of teams. What we're finding out is most of the CAL classes are actually a combination of these two (CAL-E and CAL-T). The other one-day, transactional kind of a course, or episodic learning, is CAL for Organizations. Those that are leading organizations, let's say the C-suite, fit into this one because the decisions that they need as leaders are quite different than the ones that are here. You would be able to teach just an Essentials class, a one day foundational kind of a class, you would also be able to teach it as a two-day course by combining this one, and this one, CAL Essentials and Teams, or CAL-Essentials and CAL for Organizations, depending upon the customer and the customer needs. One of the beauties of a modular approach is it gives us the ability to add other one-day, transactional kinds of modules to this. That gives you much more depth and breadth of things to teach, meeting our customers where they are. So there's a lot more information in the content that you're about to see. Mostly, I miss seeing you all, and this is the closest thing that I can get to being face to face with you all at this time. So, thank you very much. If you have any questions, make sure and let us know.
