I have spent time researching SCRUM and creating a set of principle slides on SCRUM Principles. The slides are professional with an element of humour and instill the Core Principles. I use these slides to re-affirm core SCRUM Principles and also to introduce the concept to the less experienced. This presentation reaffirms core principles, of which even the more experienced certified Scrum trainer can gain something from. I also refer to my experiences in using Scrum in Corporate Australia.
