Li Tang, graduated from The Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004, now is working in Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) as a technical manager to lead the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) development and testing. The associated products includes ALU 5060 and 5020/5025 MGC-8/VSG, 7520 MG, Session Border Controller (SBC). From the early 2010, the Agile is adopted as a trial in my team, and now is becoming the main product development process. From the practice of Agile adoption, I accumulate much experience of Scrum including scrum master and product owner, and now is an Agile Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner.
