Olivier Lafontan (a.k.a. Oli) is an independent Agile Consultant, specialising in helping organisations transition towards Agile. Prior to working solo, Olivier was CTO for Exoftware then emergn after merger, a company specialising in Agile Enablement and Agile sourcing. Before that, Olivier had his own small consultancy company. He first discovered and applied Agile at egg in 2002 and has not looked back since.
