 Good exposure of setting up build and test environment using Hudson.

 Aware of cruise control and continuous Integration practices. 
 Good Knowledge of Agile testing process and practices like TDD, BDD, Exploratory testing, pair programming, iteration planning retrospective etc.
 I have strong experience of Test automation using QTP9.2 and VB Script.
 Domain knowledge in Business intelligence, Banking (Payments and Bulk Payments), Leasing, CRM and retail.
 Good experience in using tools like Wiki, Mingle, Jira for managing day to day project activities.
