Work profile – Heading a large Agile Testing Program for WSS. Work profile – As a QA Manager for this distributed Agile program I was looking after QA function to make sure right tools and strategies in place. I am also building a new Test team at the moment to achieve long terms goal and strategies. Also fairly involved in Automation test strategies and tools selection and implementation. I have successfully rolled out infrastructure and framework to enable parallel BDD execution using Hudson, Jbehave and Selenium (Webdriver).

Work profile – As a Head of Testing for the IASG – Fixed Income division, I am responsible for the overall testing deliveries of the project under Agile methodologies. I lead a team of testers and also manage relationship with other upstream and downstream teams for different testing requirement of the project. My works also involves liaising with business to plan and execute UAT.
