With over 10 years Internet software industry experience, 8 years in software quality assurance, Keith has led 1200+ daily stand-up meetings and facilitated over 75 sprint planning sessions.  Keith currently works at Yahoo! as the Engineering Program Manager for Video and Jumpcut.com.  Prior to joining Yahoo! Video and Jumpcut.com in 2007, Keith was the Quality Assurance Manager - ScrumMaster for Babycenter.com, LLC, a Johnson & Johnson operating company.  At the Agile 2008 Conference in Toronto, Keith and his co-author Ken DeLong presented their paper, “Crawl, Walk, Run: 4 Years of Agile Adoption at BabyCenter.com”.
