·         Program Manager, Digital Business, Westfield. Reported to General Manager, Digital Business. Managed a team of project managers and responsible for the operations of the Program Office and delivery of all web development, support and Giftcard projects. Used Agile and Scrum methodologies in the delivery of over 10 large projects.

·         Program Manager with Optus. Reported to GMs and Directors, and managed cross-functional matrix teams of 15+ members (including IT teams) to deliver telecom business programs with total budgets over $10m. Also had exposure to NIKU/Clarity implementation and billing systems.

·         Development Manager Virgin Mobile Shanghai. Reported to CTO, and managed Oracle/PeopleSoft and other vendors/consultants (around 30 staff) for CRM/Supply Chain/ERP/Call Centre/IVR/CTI/EAI implementation.

·         Vice President of Product Development for an IT / wireless data technology company in Asia. Reported to CEO and managed over 30 staff and total projects worth over US$2m. Duties included project directing, strategic planning, business consulting, technology direction, client consultation, vendor management, people management and project management mentoring. This position required strong leadership as well as management skills.

·         Financial / Banking Experience (3.5 years) with Macquarie Bank and Westpac: mortgage banking, loan origination, loan servicing and mortgage securitisation through secondary markets.
