Patrick Li is an experienced senior manager with both functional and project management skills.

He started out as a software developer after receiving a Master's Degree from University of Waterloo, and quickly transitioned into a top notch coder.

After returning to Canada in 2000, he started taking on more management responsibility and started his transition into a technical manager. His superb instinct for "doing the right thing" and for "the right way to do things" gave him the reputation of "getting things done".

It is inevitable for Patrick to run into Agile and fall in love with it :-) It's intuitive, simple, and effective. Right now, Patrick is trying hard to pursuade company executives to adopt agile in more and more development projects.
