Kristin Weber has held progressively responsible positions as a Project Manager and Program Manager in the Denver, Colorado, area since 1996. In 2008 she became involved in agile methodologies using Extreme Planner. Then in 2010 she became a Rally user, active Scrum Master, and quickly followed that with formal training and certification as a CSM. Prior to 1996 she was a Product Manager. This background gives her a clear understanding of the role of the Product Owner in Scrum and enables her to assist Product Owners as they familiarize themselves with this important role.
