For the past year I have been providing strategic direction and leadership for the global Quality Assurance team supporting the FIS/Decision Solutions business. 

Prior to my current position with Fidelity National Information Services I was the Program Manager for the enterprise implementation of Scrum at EFD | eFunds.  I was extremely fortunate to work with an outstanding global team and exceptional consulting partners for 2 years designing and assisting the company with this major change management initiative.  Previous positions I have held over the past 20 years include a variety of development, project management and management positions in various companies utilizing various disciplines and methodologies.  The past 10 years I have been working to increase offshore delivery capabilities.

Recently I have begun studies which will lead to an MBA with an International focus.  I look forward to finding an ex-pat opportunity in Asia upon degree.
