Narasimhan, A is a Certified Scrum Master and a PMP (PMI, US) and a member of Scrum Alliance. Narasimhan has 24+ years of experience in the IT industry. Established 'Sripadam Management Consultants' as a corporate consulting and training institute primarily in the area of Agile Scrum. Having practised Scrum for over two years in a major MNC with distributed team of 400+ and working on enterprise product development, Narasimhan has good exposure to all aspects of Scrum, Have used scaling of Scrum to three levels and also was an assessment team member (ATM) for CMMI Level-3 certification with Agile Scrum.

 

Narasimhan has also established and headed a Project Management Office for an MNC and worked for a year as SEPG Leader. Narasimhan has toured widely in Europe on project consulting and account management assignment as well as techno-marketing. Narasimhan spent a year in Switzerland setting up the European business of Ramsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd where he was a Director for over a decade.

 

Currently Narasimhan is offering training and mentoring on Scrum at Bangalore and other locations in India and consulting with companies which are implementing Scrum.

On Tipping the Scale
Aniket, what you say is right. While transition is a bit longer, scaling itself might be a shorter activity and very focussed. Ken Schwaber's Enterprise Scrum talks about transition backlog, reporting relationships etc. at the enterprise level.
