Jared Rakes is a Director for LiquidHub’s Management Consulting Practice, where he leads Project Management Services.  He serves as a coach and mentor to Agile project teams for LiquidHub Clients.

Jared has extensive experience creating customized project management frameworks and development methodologies for clients in financial services, pharmaceutical, and non-profit organizations. 

Jared teaches classes on project management, including preparatory courses for the Project Management Institute’s PMP certification, as well as classes on Agile software development methods. He also serves as a founding board member of LiquidHelp, the charitable foundation created and run by LiquidHub management and associates. He is the founder of the Greater Philadelphia Area Chapter of the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN). 

Jared is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a certified ScrumMaster Practitioner.
